Endives with Salmon and Prawns


Ingredients for 6 people

   4 endives  
200 g smoked salmon
50 g cooked prawns, peeled
 1 cup mayonnaise
 1 spring onion
1 teaspoonful mustard
2 tablespoonful lemon juice

  Endives with Salmon and Prawns (Endivias con Salmon y Gambas)

Remove the outside leaves from the endives, wash, dry and put by.

In a bowl, stir mayonnaise together with mustard and lemon juice.

Chop spring onion and endive hearts and mix with prawns and salmon. 

Pour the mixture sauce and stir.

Stuff the endive leaves you put by with this mixture, decorating with a litlle salmon left over.
