Catalonia Tapas Course

 

Catalonia is in the north-east of Spain. It borders France and Andorra and it has 580 km of Mediterranean Coastline. Its capital and largest city is Barcelona.

The traditional Catalan Cuisine is quite diverse, fresh vegetables (especially tomato, garlic, pepper, aubergine), legumes, all sort of pork preparation (ham, black pudding, butifarra sausage) and many types of fish like tuna, sardine or cod.

 

Contents:

 · Spanish cured ham and tomato sauce on rustic toasted bread (Pan tumaca con Jamón Serrano)
 · Cod stuffed aubergine (Berenjenas rellenas de bacalao)
 · Black pudding stuffed roasted red pepper (Pimientos del Piquillo rellenos de morcilla)
 · Strawberries with orange juice and cinnamon (Fresas a la canela con zumo de naranja)

Dinner or Lunch at the end of the course. Sodas, regular and gluten free beer or Spanish wine is included.
All the dishes are GLUTEN FREE.
