Andalusia Tapas Course


Andalusia is in the south of the Iberian Peninsula. Its Capital is the city of Seville. This region has a big food and cultural influences from Muslims and Romans.

Jaen is the world capital of Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Fried fish and seafood are more common on the coast areas and Iberian Cured Ham that comes from the Black Iberian pig is more common from the mountains.





 · Mussels in a Vinaigrette sauce (Mejillones a la Vinagreta)
 · Potato salad (Ensaladilla Rusa)
 · Squid fried in batter (Calamares a la Romana)
 · Melon with Spanish Cured Ham (Melón con Jamón)

Dinner or Lunch at the end of the course. Sodas, regular and gluten free beer or Spanish wine is included.
All dishes are GLUTEN FREE.
